Pool Installation Crew Member

Type: Full-Time | Location: Point Pleasant, NJ

Join our construction crews to build custom in-ground pools across Ocean and Monmouth County. Physical work outdoors, operating equipment, setting steel walls, fitting vinyl liners, and working alongside experienced lead installers.

Requirements

  • Valid NJ driver's license
  • Ability to perform physical labor outdoors
  • Reliable and punctual — this is a team job
  • Previous pool or construction experience a plus but not required

Pool Service Technician

Type: Full-Time | Location: Point Pleasant, NJ

Diagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, heaters, filters, and automation systems. Service routes throughout the Shore area with a company van, tools provided.

Requirements

  • Ability to diagnose and repair pool equipment
  • Strong communication skills for customer interaction
  • Valid NJ driver's license with clean record

Sales & Estimating Representative

Type: Full-Time | Location: Remote / Point Pleasant, NJ

Meet with homeowners, assess their pool projects, and close new construction and renovation contracts. High earning potential — base + commission.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of pool construction or renovation strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and organized with own transportation
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (we'll train on ours)
